Return and Exchange Policy
Mahamosa will go beyond routine and standard return practices followed by other e-commerce retailers in order to achieve your satisfaction. We strive for complete satisfaction with respect to our business’ products and services, including, all of our teas, spices, herbs and gifts and wares.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Mahamosa purchase, simply return it within thirty (30) days of the order date. You can request a return slip by contacting us. Please make sure to print, fill out and return a return slip along with your returned merchandise. Upon our receipt of the same, we will provide you with store credit, replace your purchase with an item of equal value, or refund your money, based upon the preferences you have selected on the return slip. You are responsible for any expenses and costs, including shipping, you may incur in returning an item.
If your goods arrive damaged due to shipping issues, please contact us immediately no later than three (3) days of receipt of the order and send us all information possible, including order number, and description of damage. We will start to resolve the issue when we are contacted by you. Please make sure to keep all materials you received, including the packaging.
If for any reason you have any incorrect, missing or items damaged due to our actions, please contact us within three (3) days of receipt of the order and we will promptly take corrective action to amend the situation.
